Does Qustodio show deleted messages?

Qustodio’s message monitoring capabilities are limited and do not show deleted messages. While it allows parents to read the content of incoming and outgoing SMS and iMessages on Android devices (and iMessages on iOS with an additional computer app), it does not capture deleted texts.

Specifically:

Qustodio allows parents to see the full content of incoming and outgoing messages if the “Show message content” toggle is enabled in the Calls & messages rules screen. This feature is limited on iOS devices, requiring a Windows or Mac computer to set up.
For Android, a special version of the Kids App must be downloaded from the Qustodio help center, not the Google Play Store, to enable calls and messages monitoring.
The call and text logs update hourly unless manually refreshed.
Qustodio does not track messages from third-party apps like WhatsApp, Signal, or Snapchat.
It does not display MMS (photos/video) messages.

Reviews indicate that Qustodio lacks the ability to recover deleted messages; once messages are deleted, they are permanently gone from its records.
